📦 Order Processing
All orders are packed with love and crinkle paper within 1–2 days.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking info the moment your Luxe box hits the road.
🚚 Shipping Times
We currently ship within New Zealand.
Standard Shipping: 2–5 days
Rural Delivery: Add 1–2 extra days (because NZ backroads are wild)
Local Pickup: Not available
Note: Delivery timeframes may vary slightly during peak seasons, public holidays, or wild weather.
💰 Shipping Rates
Shipping is a flat rate of $10 NZD.
Spend $70 or more and your order ships free, because you deserve it.
📍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. You can follow your Luxe box’s journey anytime.
😬 Issues or Delays?
We do our best to ensure smooth delivery, but once your order is with the courier, delays are out of our silky-soft hands. If your box hasn’t arrived after 7 working days, drop us a line and we’ll help investigate.
