Welcome to Luxe & Co. Box – where downtime is elevated and self-care is non-negotiable.
By using our website (luxeandcobox.co.nz) and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms. We’ve kept it real and readable, just how we like it.
1. The Luxe Experience
We create curated gift boxes and self-care goodies designed to bring joy. Every product is chosen with intention—but what you do with them is up to you. Luxe & Co. Box is not liable for how products are used once received, so please read any labels and instructions provided.
2. Order Processing & Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 days. You’ll receive an email with tracking details once your Luxe box has shipped.
Delays caused by couriers or external circumstances (like weather or wild unicorn stampedes) are beyond our control—but we’ll always do our best to help track things down.
3. Returns & Refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
However, if your order arrives damaged, please get in touch within 3 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. If approved, we’ll replace the damaged item or issue a refund. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.
4. Gift Boxes & Product Variations
Sometimes product packaging or scents may vary slightly from photos, depending on supplier availability. We promise the vibe will always remain Luxe. 💁
5. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used solely to process and deliver your order (and occasionally send you something pretty via email if you’ve opted in). Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this site—including images, product descriptions, and branding—is owned by Luxe & Co. Box. Please don’t copy or use it without our written permission. Be inspired, not sneaky.
